 Student Council 

Mission/Purpose
To develop respect for self and others through selfless service.  Develop leadership skills, instill values and build positive character.

Membership Requirements

 Students are elected as representatives for their school by their peers.  The students must be a 3rd – 5th grader, foster change and improvements at Avery, assist administration and deliver information to the student body.

Meeting Schedule

 Meet for one hour, once a month. 

Activities Planned
They are involved in Recycling, Toys for Tots (US Marine Corps), Giving Tree (Must Ministries), Raising Money for Saint Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, and the Canned Food Drive.
