 Avery ES Safety Patrol 

Mission/Purpose
To instill responsibility and concern for the safety of other students and self.

Membership Requirements

 The Avery ES Safety Patrol is made up of 5th graders that are recommended by previous year’s teachers.  The selected students are endorsed by their teachers during the last nine weeks of their 4th grade year.  The criteria for Safety Patrol are as follows

 student interest, parental approval, all S’s on report card in behavior, continued acceptable academic performance (must maintain a C or better average).
