Purpose: To recognize high achievement in Spanish. The American Association of Teacher of Spanish and Portuguese, AATSP www.aatsp.org/body.html, sponsor the society. The society will be active mainly as a service organization to the Foreign Language Department. Some activities include tutoring, aiding Spanish teachers, hostesses, and hosts for special school events.
