Welcome to Cherokee High School!  As Warriors, we are proud of a rich and wonderful tradition of excellence that began more than 56 years ago.  We are excited to have your family join the Warrior family!

We are very excited about the 2012-13 School Year- “The Year of the Warrior”.  We have continued to build upon our curriculum opportunities with the completion of our Health Care Science program, the beginning of a new Engineering pathway, the addition of new Advanced Placement coursework, and several new elective opportunities for our students.  In addition, staff members have been trained in the Princeton Review ACT and SAT preparation series so that our students can have the best possible pre-test review.

We are also looking forward to fantastic athletic and club events this year!  We have a renewed since of expectation and “hard work, service, and leadership” is the motto of the day.  You will hear, “The Way of the Warrior” more than once this year as we work to become the best in every arena: academically, athletically, and socially.
