Dr. Nicole H. Holmes is the principal for Liberty Elementary School. She earned her undergraduate degree from Spelman College in Atlanta. She received her Master’s degree in Education from Brenau University in Gainesville and her Specialist degree from Walden University. She earned her doctorate degree in 2008 in Teacher Leadership. Throughout her educational journey, she has taught grades kindergarten through fourth grade. In addition, she has had the unique opportunity to teach a gifted combination class that included students in grades third and fourth. Professional experiences include a position at the county level as an administrator-on-special-assignment, assistant principal at Bascomb Elementary, and teaching positions in Cobb County and Atlanta City Schools.
