 Principal's Corner

 

Each year students in grades 3-12  are asked to respond to the Georgia Student Health Survey which is an anonymous, statewide survey instrument that identifies issues that have a negative impact on student achievement.  We will be administering this survey during the months of November and December.  Attached is the Permission letter in both English and Spanish.  Please read the letter and if you do not wish for your student to participate in the survey, print, sign and return the form to your child's homeroom teacher.  You do not send in the form if you give permission for your student to participate in the survey.  You are more than welcome to come by the office to view a copy of the survey.
