Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS) is a research based school wide initiative.  PBIS at Oak Grove will use a common language among all staff members to teach behavior expectations that will be acknowledged through positive recognition.  (Golden Plate Award, Student of the Month, Character Counts recognition, etc.)
