The purpose of the National Jr. Beta Club shall be to promote the ideals of character, service, and leadership among elementary and secondary school students, to reward meritorious achievement and to encourage and assist students in continuing their education after high school.  We meet the third Tuesday of every month,  in the media center, 7:30 to 8:00 am.

Book Rap Club meets in the Media Center.  The purpose of the club is promote leisure reading, share books, and participate in the County Reading Bowl.  It is open to all students who enjoy reading.

The mission of the Science Olympiad is to promote and improve student interest in science.  The competition is aligned with the Georgia Performance Standards and enhances the curriculum.

The purpose of the DRMS Academic Bowl Team is to encourage student intellectual growth through the preparation and participation in local and regional academic bowl competitions.  Practices every Tues. and Thurs. morning 7:15 to 8:00, room 117  We will have the system Competition on Tues. Nov.18  Time  and place TBA

FISH meets every Thursday 7:30-8:00 am in the Media Center.  Everyone is welcome!   Please join us for a great time of encouragement, prayer, & doughnuts. We have Christian speakers from around the community come and speak.  This club is non-denominational and everyone is welcome.  Come make a difference in our school and our community!
