Email your COMPLETED application to Tamara.White@cherokee.k12.ga.us by no later than September 27th. Failure to do so will result in your elimination.

Print and return to SS by September 27th the signature page (page 3) of the form with your and your parents' signatures. 

Do not forget to complete the teacher and counselor section as completely as possible!
