Student Services Home Page -- This front page will be used for navigation and it will also house new information and announcements. Check this page often.
Advisement -- Click on this link for information specific to seniors, juniors, and underclassmen. This includes, but is not limited to: Timelines, advice, application information, and other guidelines for successfully completing each year.
Credit Recovery Programs -- Students have three options for making up courses previously failed: On-line Options (done at home), Credit Connect (taken before and/or after school at WHS), and Summer School (a three week program in June, held on the WHS campus). Click this link for detailed information and links on all three options.
Graduation Requirements -- This page will clarify graduation requirements for all WHS students. Also, Promotion requirements can be found here.
Guidance Staff -- All guidance counselors are listed here, including phone extension and clickable e-mail address. Please don't hesitate to contact us when you need us.
Resources -- This page has eight links to eight different pages which include: Colleges and Technical Colleges, Career Choices, Tutoring, Enrolling a New Student, Community Resources, the HOPE Scholarship, the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), and a link to get parents set up with up-to-date grades on the Parent Information Website.
Scholarships -- This page will be updated frequently with new scholarship information when it becomes available. Included are other avenues for students and parents to travel when looking for scholarship opportunities. CHECK BACK OFTEN!
Testing -- Our testing page is broken down to give you detailed information and direct links to The Georgia High School Graduation Test (GHSGT), the End of Course Tests (EOCT's), the SAT, the ACT, and the COMPASS test. Everything you need is here.
Calendar -- The guidance calendar will keep you organized for all important dates, including meetings, testing, and anything else guidance related.
