On behalf of the Superintendent, please be advised that all CCSD schools will reopen for in-person learning on Monday, Jan. 25.
Thank you for your patience during our temporary closure as we worked to return staffing levels to our operational needs. Thank you to our teachers and support staff for their outstanding work to continue providing engaging instruction and services to students. School Nutrition will return to its regular schedule for distributing to-go meals to Digital Learning students with pick-up from 9 to 10 a.m. on Monday; please complete the online order form at https://bit.ly/CCSDtogomeals by 8 a.m. Friday.
While COVID-19’s impact on our operations has lessened enough to allow for Monday’s reopening, please be advised that we will continue to temporarily close classrooms, schools or CCSD as a whole as needed throughout the remainder of the school year. Please continue to report your child’s positive test to their school; if you or anyone in your household is directed to quarantine, please follow the instructions and limit interaction with non-family members. Our expectation is that all students who return to in-person school will wear a mask when they cannot social distance; if your child does not have a mask, he or she can request two reusable masks from the school.
