Dear CCSD Parent,
If your student(s) is/are enrolled in Digital Learning or hybrid learning, we are pleased to offer to-go meal service for them!
Meal pick up will be Monday, Sept. 28, in a designated area of your child’s school (car rider or bus lane) at a designated time. Please contact your school nutrition manager for specific locations and serving times: CCSD School Nutrition Manager Contact Information
Digital Learning students will receive five days’ worth of breakfast and lunch meals. Digital Learning students who attend Hasty ES Fine Arts Academy, Oak Grove Fine Arts Academy, R.M. Moore ES STEM Academy or Teasley MS will receive seven days' worth of breakfast and lunch meals due to additional grant funding for schools where more than 50% of students quality for free or reduced-price meals. Meals can also be ordered for children in your household who are not yet school age.
Hybrid learning students (Creekview, Woodstock and Etowah High are listed at the bottom of the order form) will have the option of ordering meals for the days they are not attending school on site.
All meals will be provided at no cost to all CCSD students and any child 0-18 years old.
To order your meals for pick up on Monday, Sept. 28, please complete the form by clicking on the link below. If you have more than one student enrolled in Digital Learning, a separate meal order form must be submitted for each child for the appropriate school(s). Meals must be picked up at each child’s home school. Please submit the Meal Order Form by Friday, Sept. 25, at 8 a.m.

Reminder: All CCSD families who think they may qualify for free or reduced-price meals are asked to please complete the online application at www.lunchapplication.com. This approval will be needed to receive free and reduced-price meals after the temporary USDA program providing free meals to all students ends on Dec. 31.
